Yes, on the Professional and Business plans it books tables into the times you make available. On Starter it takes the request as a message.

Does it know our menu?

Yes. It reads your website, and you can add the menu and anything else callers ask about.

Can it take food orders?

It can take an order as a message for your staff to confirm. It doesn't connect to delivery or payment systems.

What if a caller wants to speak to the manager?

On Professional and Business it can transfer the call. Otherwise it takes a message with the caller's number.
